Drivers can assist you to the front door, inside or to common dropoff areas. They will not enter your personal living space or exam rooms, nor will they assist with dressing or other similar tasks.
Drivers have a 30-minute window to pick you up. They may arrive within 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. In addition, you will receive an automated phone call 24 hours in advance and when the driver is on their way.

We will not discuss your medical records or health except where this prohibition would result in unnecessary interference with access to quality health care or with certain other important public benefits or national priorities. Ready access to treatment and efficient payment for health care, both of which require use and disclosure of protected health information, are essential to the effective operation of the health care system. In addition, certain health care operations—such as administrative, financial, legal, and quality improvement activities—conducted by or for health care providers and health plans, are essential to support treatment and payment.
Service animals are allowed on rides. We ask that you inform our dispatch in advance that a service animal will be traveling with you.
An attendant needs to travel with you if you cannot travel by yourself. An adult attendant must accompany children under the age of 12. The child's parent or legal guardian must approve in writing the child's adult attendant. Additionally, drivers do not install car seats or booster seats. Unless the above is required, passengers may be charged.
While oxygen is not provided, you may bring portable oxygen tanks and devices on rides, as long as they can be secured during transport. Please know that drivers cannot administor or assist with oxygen.
